- 1992: Ray was established
- 1999: Ray commenced its new building program by signing a contract with Gdynia Shipyard, Poland for the construction of a series of 6,400 ceu (car equivalent unit) pctc
- 2000: The first delivery of Ray’s 6,400 ceu pctc from Gdynia Shipyard
- 2002: Ray started its series of 4,900 ceu pctc at Uljanik Shipyard, Croatia
- 2005: Ray’s first short sea pctc of 2,200 ceu is delivered from Gdynia Shipyard
- 2006: Ray signed a contract with Vinashin Group, Vietnam for the construction of a series of 4,900 pctc ceu
- 2007: Ray signed a contract with Hyundai Mipo Dockyard, Korea for the construction of a series of 6,700 pctc ceu
